Bircher Muesli


1 cup rolled oats

1 tbs dried cranberries

3 dried apricot halves (chopped)

1 tspn chia seeds white or black

1 tbs pepita seeds

½ cup orange juice fresh or no added sugar

½ cup low fat natural yoghurt

1 tspn cinnamon

½  pear (grated)


In a container that has a lid, combine all ingredients except the pear. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving add grated pear.
